I’ve thought about writing a blog for a long time and now I’ve finally got everything up and running. Managing teams or being a valuable team member is an everyday experience so what better way to improve that experience than having a medium that lets you share your thoughts and experiences and ask the world to comment. I’ve found that as a manager going through situations is the best way to handle them better in the future. So my hope with this blog is to share experiences so that new managers or individual team members can learn from others experiences. I look forward to sharing and hearing from others.
