		<description>Great article - thanks.  There are so many strategies we can adopt to keep ourselves happy.  What about always being 100% responsible for our actions and outcomes?  I know people might be thinking they couldn&#039;t possibly be held accountable for EVERYTHING that has happened in their life, but what if we did?  If we took responsibility for (a) how we view a situation, (2) what we could do to make the situation better, and (3) what we have learned from the situation that has made us a better person, we take back the control. Empowerment is a great quality of happiness.
