Workplace Personalities Workshop
The benefits will be immediately apparent and powerfully sustainable as individuals develop an awareness of how their own characteristics influence their team's performance and how they can use that knowledge during their interaction with other team members to optimize team performance.

Prior to the session participants complete an online assessment (20 - 30 minutes) from which we generate personal profile reports.

The session is professionally facilitated and runs for 2 hours 30 minutes.

During the session teams discuss the key values and strengths of each perspective, gaining an appreciation of their own character tendencies, and the diversity that exists within the group.

We join you in your private meeting space to deliver the session.

Our experience was fantastic! We had a lot of fun participating in session and learned a lot in the process. The event was a unique way to get to know our colleagues better.
Our session focused on inter-team communications, and Lynn did a great job in facilitating discussions and inter-active activities that helped to build employees’ understanding of one another’s’ preferences.
I can't thank Conundrum enough for the session today. At the social event afterwards, people continued to talk about what they had learned about themselves and each other. Some were quite moved by the day’s events...but in a very positive way.
